Welcome to Om Sai Tour & Travels. By booking rental services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
Eligibility
- The minimum age must be 18 years.
- A valid original government-issued ID proof are mandatory at the time of pickup.
Booking & Vehicle Availability
- Vehicle bookings are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
- Booking cancellation charges may apply depending on cancellation timing.
- Om Sai Tour & Travels reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of policy violation or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required before Pickup.
- The deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection and clearance of any pending charges or damages.
Vehicle Usage Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Off-roading
- Drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Carrying illegal substances
- Smoking inside the vehicle
- Using the vehicle for unlawful activities
Violation of these policies may result in booking cancellation, penalties, or legal action.
Vehicle Return Policy
- Extra charges may apply for late returns or going to other booking address.
Limitation of Liability
Om Sai Tour & Travels will not be responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings
- Any indirect loss or inconvenience during the rental period
